By accessing or using the BettPawa website at bettpawa.net, the BettPawa mobile app, or any services provided by BettPawa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and bettpawa ("Platform", "We" or "Company"). Continued use of the bettpawa platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed as acceptance of those changes.

To register and use bettpawa services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. BettPawa does not permit any underage individual to register, use, or access this platform in any way.

• One Account Only: Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active bettpawa account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during registration. False or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure.
• Not a BettPawa Staff Member: Staff, agents, contractors, and their immediate family members are not permitted to use the BettPawa platform for betting or gaming purposes.

The bettpawa account registration process requires you to provide basic personal information including your full name, an active Malaysian mobile number, and a strong password. You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential.

BettPawa implements a Customer Identity Verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) process as part of our commitment to security and compliance. KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal request is processed.

• Identity Document: A valid Malaysian MyKad or a valid international passport.
• Selfie Photo: A photo of your face holding your identity card, required by our system for liveness verification.
• Payment Method Verification: Proof of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits, for matching and security purposes.

The KYC review process is typically completed within 24 business hours. bettpawa reserves the right to request additional documents if needed to meet compliance requirements.

BettPawa accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian local payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and direct bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• The minimum deposit is RM 10.00 for most payment methods.
• Deposit credits are typically reflected in your account within 1 to 10 minutes depending on the payment method selected.
• BettPawa does not charge any processing fees for deposits. Any fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are your own responsibility.
• You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. BettPawa does not accept third-party deposits.
• BettPawa reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit suspected of involving fraudulent activity or money laundering.

Wins withdrawals at bettpawa are processed to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered under your account name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Withdrawal requests can be made at any time via the "Wallet" section in the bettpawa app or website.
• The first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification. Subsequent withdrawals for verified accounts are processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM 30.00. There is no daily maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts.
• BettPawa does not charge any processing fees for withdrawals made to Malaysian bank accounts or local e-wallets.
• Withdrawals may take longer during public holidays or when additional security checks are required. bettpawa will notify you if there is an unexpected delay.

BettPawa offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to eligible members. Each bonus offer is subject to specific conditions outlined in the relevant promotion terms. The general conditions applicable to all BettPawa bonuses are as follows:

• Wagering Requirement: All deposit bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement ratio will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• Valid Period: Each bonus has a specific validity period. Bonuses not used within the stipulated period will expire automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus offer may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse Policy: Any attempt to abuse the bettpawa bonus system, including opening multiple accounts to claim registration bonuses repeatedly, is prohibited and may result in account closure.
• BettPawa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice to affected members.

All sports bets at bettpawa are subject to the following general betting rules. By placing a bet, you confirm that you fully understand and agree to these rules.

• A bet is considered valid once confirmed by the bettpawa system and a bet receipt is displayed to you.
• The odds that apply are those displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. bettpawa reserves the right to void or revise bets accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous or invalid.
• Bets placed on events that have started during a system outage may be voided and the stake refunded in full.
• Bets placed using insider information not available to the public (match-fixing) are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances and wins.
• For parlay/accumulator bets, all selections must win for the overall bet to count as a win. A single incorrect result will void the entire parlay ticket.

All casino games, slot games, and fish shooting games at bettpawa use an RNG (Random Number Generator) system independently verified by a third party. This ensures every game outcome is entirely random and free from any manipulation.

• The RTP (Return to Player) value for each game is as set by the respective game provider. RTP information is available within each game's details.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, all unfinished rounds will be voided and the wagered amount returned to your account balance.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any third-party tools for auto-play is strictly prohibited on bettpawa.
• Any exploitation of bugs or technical vulnerabilities in any game must be reported to the bettpawa support team immediately. Wins obtained through bug exploitation will not be considered valid.

The security of your BettPawa account is a shared responsibility between you and BettPawa. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access.

• Do not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication (2FA) code with anyone, including BettPawa staff who claim to require such information.
• BettPawa will never ask for your password via email, text message, or live chat.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to the BettPawa support team immediately via live chat.

BettPawa reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Confirmation that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Involvement in fraudulent activities, money laundering, or serious violations of these terms.
• Attempting to exploit the bonus system or RNG in an unauthorized manner.

You may also request account closure at any time through BettPawa's customer support live chat. Any valid balance will be returned to you after the verification process, unless the balance is linked to activity that violates these terms.

BettPawa provides online entertainment services on an "as is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, errors, or technical issues.

In any circumstance, BettPawa's maximum liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding that claim.

BettPawa reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any material changes will be communicated to registered members via in-app notifications or the registered email address.

Continued use of the bettpawa platform after any amended terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the bettpawa platform will be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration process.
